The role ensures timely, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition of aircraft parts, materials, tools, and services to support maintenance and operational requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Procurement &amp; Purchasing Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare and issue Request for Quotation (RFQ) to approved vendors and suppliers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate quotations based on price, lead time, certification, and compliance requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) to selected vendors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure parts and materials are procured only from approved suppliers with proper certification (e.g., ARC, C of C).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify that part number (P\/N), serial number (S\/N), condition, and certification documents match and show no trace of alteration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Aviation Regulatory Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure all procured aircraft parts and materials comply with airworthiness regulations stipulated by the company and CAAT.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain documentation in accordance with aviation regulatory and audit requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support internal and external audits related to procurement and logistics documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Vendor &amp; Supplier Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain updated approved vendor list (AVL).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Track vendor performance including quality, delivery time, and service standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain professional and respectful relationships with suppliers and internal departments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with freight forwarders and cargo agents for inbound and outbound shipments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Logistics &amp; Cost Control<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Distinguish urgency level of orders and apply proper Shipping Priority Codes:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AOG (Aircraft on Ground) \u2013 Immediate operational impact; urgent delivery required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expedite \/ Critical \u2013 Urgent requirement; delivery within specified short timeframe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Routine \/ Stock Replenishment \u2013 Standard delivery within supplier lead time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor shipping costs and ensure cost-effective transportation methods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with customs and cargo agents to ensure efficient clearance process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Financial &amp; Documentation Control<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verify supplier invoices against issued Purchase Orders in coordination with Finance Department.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate procurement records and filing system for full traceability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure proper document control for purchasing and logistics documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support annual budgeting process by monitoring procurement expenditures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Minimum Qualification Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of aviation regulations and airworthiness requirements under CAAT.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of Human Factors and Safety Management System (SMS) in accordance with International Civil Aviation Organization Annex 19.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) is an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in aviation procurement, aircraft parts purchasing, or MRO environment is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good command of English (technical reading and documentation).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Work Location<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mainly based at BKK \u2013 Suvarnabhumi Airport, Suvarnabhumi Airport<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p
