affiliated companies in the group.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Draft, review, and revise various contracts and agreements, such as service agreements and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide legal advice to internal departments on general business matters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review business documents to ensure legal compliance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and control contract timelines, including expiration dates, renewal dates, and other obligations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct legal research to support company decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respond to legal inquiries from internal departments regarding laws and regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in preparing reports, letters, and official notifications to government authorities (e.g., capital increases).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Draft and maintain corporate legal documents, such as board resolutions, shareholder meeting minutes, shareholder agreements, share transfer documents, and other legal entity records (or coordinate with external law firms).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the HR department in reviewing employment contracts and handling legal matters related to employees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Systematically store legal and corporate documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with external law firms in litigation, contract negotiations, or specialized legal issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review or draft internal policies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, including the Corporate Authority Index and power of attorney documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor and report changes in laws and regulations that may impact the business.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate document legalization, notarization, and certification from foreign authorities when required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with insurance providers to negotiate and ensure the company has adequate coverage in all areas, such as employee insurance, client-related insurance, property insurance, and directors\u2019 liability insurance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experiences 3-5 years in corporate legal work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Law or related<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work independently<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with internal departments and external parties<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Well communication with strong English skill (TOEIC 450 (CEFR A2 is preferred))<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Holding a <strong>lawyer&#8217;s license<\/strong> will be given <strong>special
