Executive (Aviation)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Responsibilities : <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Promote safety across the organization, ensuring all policies and objectives align with CAAT 145 regulations and the company\u2019s Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) and Safety Management Manuals (SMM)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor daily operations to ensure the operation hazard is identified and properly handled according to the Risk Management Process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring Company\u2019s Reporting System, Performing Risk Assessment and Assigning Mitigate Action to Area\u2019s Risk Owner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify and classify the occurrences from Company\u2019s Internal Reporting System which may fall under Mandatory Occurrence Report (MOR) and prepare an initial report to applicable Civil Aviation Authority (CAA.) within required timescale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mandate and facilitate the conduct of Management of Change (MOC) meetings and follow mitigation action as necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct hazard identification and risk management analysis from safety reports and incidents, and develop corrective actions as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrange Internal Investigate accidents\/incidents to determine causes, provide Safety<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recommendations as necessary and follow up implementation of corrective\/preventive actions from Area\u2019s Risk Owner, Preparing and Writing Safety Investigation Report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collecting and Analysis of Safety Performance on monthly basis, Issue the corrective action request to Area\u2019s Risk Owner and follow up on implementing evidence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct safety audits, inspections, and surveys to evaluate the effectiveness of safety measures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrange and prepare information to conduct Safety Action Group (SAG)and Safety Review Board (SRB) to review safety incidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented and review its effectiveness.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Issue safety information to promote safety such as Safety Announcements, Safety Bulletins and Safety Poster to internal and external stakeholders to promote a positive safety culture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate safety training and ensure all personnel are equipped with the necessary knowledge to perform safety functions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Safety Manager to support the overall safety management system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qualifications : <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance or bachelor\u2019s degree in a field related to Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Management, or similar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1-2 years of experience in Safety Management System (SMS) will be advantaged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of safety management systems, quality management systems, human factors and based on ICAO Annex 19, ICAO Document 9859, the organization\u2019s MOE, and applicable regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of risk management, safety investigation techniques, and the promotion of a positive safety culture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to design safety promotions using tools such as CANVA, Microsoft PowerPoint, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>English language proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing, or a TOEIC score of at least 500.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Registration Form<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe
