Finance Analyst

Job Summary :

The Finance Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making and business performance improvement.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Conduct variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual) and explain key differences.
  • Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
  • Perform cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Develop financial models to support business planning and investment decisions.
  • Prepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Analyze business performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Collaborate with accounting and cross-functional teams.
  • Support internal and external audit processes when required.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis (more for senior level).
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and financial principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial modeling).
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English (if required in the organization).
