Job Summary :
The Finance Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making and business performance improvement.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual) and explain key differences.
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
- Perform cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Develop financial models to support business planning and investment decisions.
- Prepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Analyze business performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Collaborate with accounting and cross-functional teams.
- Support internal and external audit processes when required.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis (more for senior level).
- Strong understanding of financial statements and financial principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English (if required in the organization).
