Engineering and Planning

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, review, and update technical handling forms.
  • Complete and submit daily technical handling forms in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Liaise with OEMs, regulatory authorities, and third-party contractors to ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of modifications, repairs, engineering changes, and design updates.
  • Prepare and update maintenance schedules and project plans in coordination with operations and production teams.
  • Forecast required materials, tools, manpower, and cost for planned engineering tasks.
  • Monitor project and maintenance progress to ensure schedules and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate aircraft or equipment downtime and resource planning with relevant departments.
  • Review and verify updated manuals or technical documents received from customers, and distribute updated technical publications to related departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Aerospace or Aeronautical Engineering preferred.
  • A Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in engineering, technical planning, or related roles.
  • Experience in the airline or aviation industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within timelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with engineering or maintenance planning software is an advantage.
